Hi there! I'm Sena, a computer vision researcher in the hand tracking team at Magic Leap, Zurich. My main research interests are hand & human pose estimation and motion analysis, and nowadays I also work on monocular depth estimation.

I obtained my PhD from Computer Vision Lab (CVLab), EPFL, supervised by Prof. Pascal Fua and Dr. Mathieu Salzmann in 2023. My thesis was on human motion analysis, more specifically, human motion prediction and active human pose estimation. In the summer of 2021, I was on an internship with the Autonomous Systems group at Microsoft, where I worked on visual odometry. My undergraduate is from Bilkent University, Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I graduated in 2017.
